HOW DO I DO IT? Apply 1 tbsp of Queen of the Thrones Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) onto the soft cotton side of the Castor Oil Pack. Place the pack over your pelvic area and tie it in place. Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight.
