HOW DO I USE IT? Apply 1 tbsp of Organic Golden Castor Oil to the soft cotton side of the pack, then place it over the side of your liver area under your right rib cage and tie it in place. Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight.

WILL IT FIT ME? The Original Castor Oil Pack is designed to fit over the average adult abdominal/torso area, fitting most bodies with its long, soft straps that hug your curves so you can sleep or go about your daily activities in it.
