HOW DO I USE IT? Thread the strap through the holes on either side of the cotton flannel. Apply 1 tbsp of Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to the center of the cotton flannel, then place it over the side of your liver area under your right rib cage and tie it in place. Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight.

WILL IT FIT ME? The cotton flannel is designed to fit over the typical size of the adult abdominal/torso area. The strap is extra long so you can wrap it around your body and adjust it to comfortably hug your curves while you relax.
