HOW DO I WEAR THEM?
Step 1: Massage breast area with Queen of the Thrones Organic Castor Oil (sold separately)
Step 2: Place the packs on your breast area, securing them to each bra strap using the easy button with elastic. Wear for 1 hour daily and Replace every 2 months.
