HOW DO I USE IT? Apply 1 tbsp of Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to the soft cotton side of the pack (avoiding the seams), then place the pack over the side of your eyes and upper face, adjust to fit comfortably without applying pressure. Wear for 1 hour or overnight for best result. Wash as needed and replace inserts every 2-3 months.
